Mycophenolate treatment of chronic HP less effective in patients with short telomers

Mycophenolate treatment of chronic HP less effective in patients with short telomers
This is an interesting observational study showing that in patients with hypersensitivity pneumonitis there is a relationship between response to mycophenolate mofetil and telomer length, with little benefit in the quartile with the shortest telomers. This obviously needs repeating in a prospective study.
