Can't backup personal details file

If the personal details file is large then it may take some time to upload depending on the speed of your internet connection. Once the file has arrived the Oasys server always expects to be able to backup your personal details file. However there may well be unforseen circumstances where this does not happen. The following error message can be returned by the Oasys server.

If this happens please get in touch using the "Contact" link at the bottom of the page or by posting a message on the forum. We will update this page as people contact us and we discover more about what can happen, why it happens and what we can do about it.
