Example anonymous clinical / audit demographics file

No personal details are ever sent to or stored on the Oasys Server.


The file below shows an example clinical / audit record as held on the Oasys Server
All this data is anonymous and it can be seen that this file contains no personally identifiable data.

Oasys collects this data as part of its surveillance scheme into occupational asthma. Each year this data is summarised and a report produced (see the Shield page linked below for these reports). This data is used to look at: compliance with the BTS occupational asthma guidelines (which are UK based - although the data we receive is worldwide); methods of diagnosis and incidence. We may also look at incidence by  geographical area in the future. This might be based on user's email addresses (eg "cedd@burge.co.uk" counts as "United Kingdom" etc).
