Work days are black when printed out from Oasys

Please assist. I am using the new web based OASYS and if printing an OASYS patient report on a black and white printer, the work days are in black and therefore the daily graph is obscured behind it. Is there any way to change this as I do not have a colour printer at work and the daily chart print out is not very clear at all if printed at work.

I think this is probably a printer problem rather than an Oasys problem.
Please download and print the printer test document below (this can open in MS word or other word processing apps)
I think this will show that you have a problem with your printer driver, your IT department may be able to correct this.
I have changed the code in Oasys to cope with faulty printers. This latest version is not on the website yet, but should be there in the next few weeks. I will update this answer when it is ready

The new version of Oasys (March 2011) should sort this problem out, even for faulty printer drivers. You can download it from the link below.
