Do you think the peak flow record shows occupational asthma?

The Opinion of this website

This is a much more difficult decision, as the differences on workdays are very small. The differences are however very consistent and not (in this case) due to differences in waking times. The record is taken while the worker has been removed from direct exposure to the soldering fume, and is on treatment, both factors which are likely to reduce the magnitude of the work effect. It is our experience that those with small changes as here have a similarly (usually poor) prognosis with continued exposure to the causative agent. On balance we feel this record does show evidence of occupational asthma.
