Data Protection and the Patient Details File |

No personal details are ever sent to or stored on the Oasys Server.
If you are not comfortable backing up your patient details file to the Oasys Server please make sure that you back it up yourself. If you lose this file you will not be able to open any of your records. We can email you a new patient details file for the records you have saved, but it will not have any names, dates of birth etc so may be meaningless to you unless you can match up the records with the patients somehow and reenter the details.
