Diesel exhaust and occupational asthma?

I have a patient with adult-onset asthma with low dose exposure to diesel exhaust. Do you know whether the bus depot workers with DEP OA had raised FeNO? - the experimental diesel challenges seem to suggest neutrophilic inflammation rather than eosinophilic?

Occupational Asthma, Specialist, 5/10/2019, 5/10/2019,

I have looked at 17/20 reports to SWORD for 2000-2018 from our unit with available data. There are FeNO results in the letters in 8/20 the value are 20, 20, 26, 31, 31, 38, 39, 47 ppb. 12 have positive Oasys records. Jobs include vehicle maintenance, including bus garages (7); warehouse loader/fork lift driver (6); railway engine maintenance (2); coach depot secretary (1)
